Welcome to Real Estate RPH, I'm Nate Hedrick, full-Time pharmacist by day, Dad of two adorable girls by evening and weekend, real estate agent, investor, and blogger by late night and early morning. Our site was founded in 2017 as a source for real estate education designed with pharmacists in mind. It all got started when I told my wife, Kristen, that instead of getting my board certification, I was going to enroll in night classes to become a licensed real estate agent. At the time, I had no idea what direction that plan would take me but I was going along for the ride. I quickly realized there was one population I understood better than any other agent. A group of people with crushing amounts of student loan debt but great earning potential. Individuals with countless hours of training but zero real estate knowledge. Pharmacists. Just like me. Since then, I've helped dozens of pharmacists from around the country realize their dream of owning a home or start their investing journey.
